Job Summary:

The Route Sales and Service Representative combines delivery, customer service, and sales to service Jordan Valley Health’s commercial customers and help grow the JVH commercial laundry business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivers clean laundry, linens, and rental products to commercial customers.
• Picks up soiled laundry and used rental inventory.
• Maintains accurate customer stock levels and delivery quantities.
• Builds strong relationships with customers.
• Provides excellent customer service and communicates service concerns to management.
• Identifies opportunities to add products or services to existing accounts.
• Identifies and develops potential new commercial customers.
• Completes delivery paperwork accurately.
• Keeps the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Assists with laundry operations when needed.
• Promotes effective working relations and works effectively as part of a team to facilitate the Center’s ability to meet its goals and objectives.
• Attains all agreed to goals and objectives within specified time frames, as part of the Center’s overall mission.
• Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible and courteous environment.
• Promotes the education and development of students, interns, residents, apprentices, and other new staff by sharing expertise, responding to questions, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment
• All other duties as assigned.
