Route Sales Driver / Supervisor - Beverage Distribution (No CDL Required)

JOB EXECUTION

• Lead & Support Routes: Supervise route sales reps, ensuring execution of daily sales, merchandising, and delivery goals.
• Route Coverage: Drive a small NILO delivery truck to cover open or vacant routes (due to PTO, turnover, or expansion).
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, to maximize product visibility, drive sales growth, and strengthen brand presence in every account.
• Execution Excellence: Monitor delivery standards, merchandising, and in-store displays.
• Training & Coaching: Onboard and coach route sales and Demos on efficiency, customer service, and sales execution. (Occasional Travel to Chicago)
• Inventory & Reporting: Manage truck inventory, reconcile daily sales, and report KPIs to management.
• Fleet Care: Ensure assigned vehicles are maintained, clean, and compliant with all DOT and safety standards.

• Valid standard driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required)
• 3+ years of experience in Route Delivery, Merchandising, or Sales Experience
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly and work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Reliable and punctual with strong time management and organization skills
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Willingness to drive small route delivery trucks (similar to Red Bull merch trucks)
• Ability to work early mornings as routes require.
