Job Summary:

As a Route Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. After completing comprehensive training, you will be running service calls independently within the Tualatin area. During customer visits, you will restock customer products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwasher machines, collect payment, and upsell our cleaning and disinfecting products. You will be equipped with a company phone and drive our Auto-Chlor vans. Continuous on-the-job training will be provided to support your success.

Qualifications: 

• Ability to Work Independently: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, taking ownership of your assigned route and delivering exceptional customer service.


• Mechanical Aptitude: Possess a natural inclination towards mechanical tasks and be comfortable performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwasher machines.


• Light Sales Experience: Prior experience in light sales or upselling is preferred, as you will have the opportunity to promote our cleaning and disinfecting products to customers.


• Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a reasonably clean driving record, allowing you to fulfill driving responsibilities efficiently.


• On-Call Rotation: Ability to participate in an on-call rotation every 6-8 weeks, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
