Routing & Dispatch Representative

The Routing and Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for assigning jobs to routes efficiently. They are

also responsible for providing support and communication throughout the day to all parties to ensure

that the day goes smoothly.

What you will do as a Zerorez Routing and Dispatch Coordinator

• Route all jobs in efficient routes

• Assign technicians to routes according to metrics

• Make confirmation calls and text messages

• Assist Customer Service Department as needed

• Communicate capacities, gaps, and openings to Customer Service Department

• Manage routes on day of service

• Be a communication hub for technicians, customers, CSRs, and managers

• Update scorecard

Requirements

• High level of attention to detail

• Proven high level of organization and accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Able to work well with various software programs

• Experience with customer service
