Job Title: Routing Coordinator

Schedule: Full Time hours, Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday work as needed

Location: Sandy, UT

Position Overview: As a Routing Coordinator, you'll be an essential part of our day to day operations, scheduling efficient routes for the technicians to service our customers, ensuring completion and rescheduling of customer appointments each day, and helping out with projects within our CRM. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, problem solving and ability to adapt, communication skills and technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create the daily technician routes for all Prime branches, staying ahead by 2 weeks


• Close out the routes each day to confirm that all appointments have been completed


• Reschedule any appointments that can't be completed on a day to day basis and communicate with customers.


• Coordinate with Branch Managers to change routes daily based on technicians being out
  
  Pulling reporting around job completion percentages


• Work on Administrative Projects to maintain and organize the company CRM (FieldRoutes)

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of routing experience or something similar preferred


• Must be able to work Mon - Friday with occasional Saturdays


• Experience in the Pest or Lawn industry is a plus


• Experience using FieldRoutes is a plus

Compensation and Benefits: $16-18/hr, paid sick leave & vacation
