Monarch is now seeking a full-time Roving Apartment Landscaper to join our team!!!  This is great year-round work with a solid benefits and room to learn and grow!

What Our Roving Landscaper Will Do:

• Travel within this region required. Expect up to 75% travel. (transportation provided between properties)
• Responsible for oversight of daily trash removal from all public exterior areas
• Performs lawn mowing, trimming, edging
• Spring & Fall cleanup
• Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to grounds work.
• Responsible for light/basic tree and bush trimming

- upgrade projects and assisting the maintenance teams with preventative maintenance and other projects.
