Roving Assistant Property Manager (Multifamily)

What You'll Do:

• Support the Property Managers with day-to-day operations
• Help maximize lease renewals 
• Build and maintain strong resident relationships
• Show and lease apartments when needed 
• Ensure marketing efforts are up-to-date and effective

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily housing preferred
• Strong computer skills (Yardi experience a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A knack for solving problems and resolving conflicts
