Job Description - RPM Specialist (IN OFFICE)

About the Position:
RPM (Remote Patient Monitoring) IS IN OFFICE! Patients will monitor their BP from home. This is then imported into an App that will be monitored through the patients' chart by our staff, making sure information is transferred appropriately, as well as flagging providers if any of them are out of range. This requires a great deal of patient communication, both in office and through patients medical portal.
Candidate will also be asked to step in to appointments with patients and show them how to use the app and set them up for success. They will also do routine trouble-shooting by setting appointments, or assisting over the phone.

8-hour shift, 8am-5pm.
FULL TIME
Monday to Friday
Non-negotiable; we need a full time commitment

Salary:

$21.00 per hour

In person in Folsom.

Attributes of a Strong Candidate:

High school diploma.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment
Previous clinical experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
Must have excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation.
Epic software experience preferred.
Knowledge of Apple and Android phones to assist with set up, and tracking is preferred.
