Job Description - Runner-Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant Duties:

Manage daily to-do lists and calendar appointments

Assist with phone calls, messages, and basic correspondence

Handle light administrative tasks (filing, organizing, note-taking, errands)

Shop for groceries or household supplies as needed

Assist with travel planning or reservations when required

Additional task added as needed

Pharmacy Runner Duties:

Pick up and deliver prescriptions or medical items from local pharmacies

Communicate clearly with pharmacy staff to ensure accuracy

Track and log deliveries, confirm receipt with clients or supervisors

Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong organizational and communication skills

Punctual and dependable

Basic smartphone/computer skills

Prior experience as a personal assistant, runner, or courier is a plus

Part time: 10:00am-1:00pm

Compensation: $12.00 per hour
