Working with the Russian Flagship's leadership team, and with local and national partners, coordinate the Russian Flagship Program, a U.S. Department of Defense-funded program for undergraduate students in any major to reach a professional level of competence in Russian by graduation.
Manages the daily operations of the Russian Flagship Program, including recruitment, admissions, co-curricular programming, student advising, supervision of student hourly employees, communications, alumni engagement, maintenance of student and program records, and budget management.

The expected salary range for this position is $60,601 up to $66,000 for highly experienced candidates. Actual pay within this range will depend on experience and qualifications.

Two years prior experience working in an administrative or student services capacity
Excellent organizational and office skills
Basic computer proficiency, experience working with spreadsheets
Demonstrated communication and writing skills
Experience working in U.S. higher education
Proficiency in Russian, and study abroad or other experience in a Russian-speaking country
M.A. required; focus in foreign language, international area studies or related field, or higher education administration, or international education administration preferred.
