The Opportunity

We are hiring full-time Russian-Speaking Content Moderators to join our team directly at our modern facility in Sofia, Bulgaria.

In this position, you will act as a guardian of digital spaces by screening, auditing, and processing user-submitted online materials. Your core mission is to uphold online safety, protect brand integrity, and safeguard platform communities by measuring user activity against defined safety codes and moderation policies.

This role requires full-time, on-site participation in Sofia working across a 24/7 shift pattern. You do not need previous moderation experience—we provide comprehensive, fully paid training from day one to set you up for success.

Daily Responsibilities

• Media Screening: Evaluate user-generated text, image, and video content to ensure full alignment with internal policy guidelines and platform safety protocols.
• Enforcement Actions: Utilize specialized software workflows to approve, block, flag, or route user submissions based on established compliance criteria.
• Platform Risk Mitigation: Swiftly identify and manage policy breaches, including online scams, abusive language, spamming attempts, copyright infringements, and explicit materials.
• Case Documentation: Track content decisions accurately and log system exceptions or recurring trends via workplace management software.
• Skill Development: Participate in ongoing quality alignment sessions, team briefings, and policy refresh courses to keep your skills sharp.

What We Are Looking For

Legal Authorization

• Work Eligibility: Active, legal entitlement to work full-time within Bulgaria upon application (such as EU/EEA citizenship, long-term residency, or a current Bulgarian work permit). Sponsorship is not available.

Language Capabilities

• Russian: Fluent written and spoken skills to effortlessly grasp cultural nuance, context, and informal phrasing within digital content.
• English: B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) minimum to understand training documentation, use software tools comfortably, and communicate across international teams.

On-Site & Schedule Commitments

• Office Attendance: Full physical presence at our Sofia workplace. Remote and hybrid models are not offered for this role.
• Rotational Availability: Readiness to manage an 8-hour daily schedule, 5 days per week, on a 24/7 rotating system (encompassing morning, mid-day, evening, night, and weekend shifts).

Personal Aptitude

• Sound comfort level navigating computer applications, web browsers, and digital channels.
• An objective, balanced demeanor when reviewing sensitive or challenging visual content.
• Adaptability, good team spirit, and steady focus in a target-driven setting.
• No prior experience in content moderation, customer operations, or tech support is necessary.

Compensation & Financial Terms

• Gross Monthly Base: €1,350 Gross.
• Shift Premiums: Additional shift top-ups and statutory bonuses for night hours, weekend schedules, and national holiday shifts per Bulgarian labor laws.
• Standard Coverage: Full statutory social contributions, health insurance coverage, and annual leave allocations under Bulgarian law.
