Russian Speaking Customer Service for Automotive industry

You will assist customers with their inquiries regarding automotive products and services, ensuring that all communication is conducted in Russian.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and warranties via phone, email, and live chat in Russian.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle specifications, available services, and dealership policies.
• Assist customers with appointment scheduling, service bookings, and follow-up communications.
• Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately for future reference in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams and service departments to enhance customer experiences.
• Stay informed about automotive trends, new product launches, and industry standards to provide relevant information.

• Fluency in Russian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to engage positively with customers.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
