Russian Speaking Customer Service for Aviation industry

In this position, you will assist passengers, airlines, and other stakeholders with inquiries, ensuring a high-quality experience while communicating effectively in Russian.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to aviation services, ticket bookings, and flight information via phone, email, and chat in Russian.
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and boarding processes.
• Assist customers with changing and canceling reservations, as well as troubleshooting any issues.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system for record-keeping.
• Collaborate with airline partners and internal teams to resolve customer concerns swiftly.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and service offerings to provide relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Russian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English or other languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the aviation or travel sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Proficiency in using customer service tools and CRM systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
