Job Description - Russian Speaking Customer Service for Biotechnology industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce an opening for Russian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the biotechnology industry. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and have a strong interest in biotechnology. In this role, you will support clients and partners by addressing their inquiries and guiding them through our innovative biotechnology products and services, all while using your fluency in Russian.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to biotechnology products and services via phone, email, and chat in Russian.
  • Provide detailed information about product features, usage, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting product-related issues and liaise with technical teams as needed.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and ensure proper follow-up to maintain satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Engage in continuing education on biotechnology advancements and product offerings.
  • Fluency in Russian (both written and spoken) is crucial; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the biotechnology or healthcare sectors, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in using customer service and CRM software.
  • Ability to work within a team and handle various inquiries efficiently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
