Russian Speaking Customer Service for Energy (Oil & Gas) industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Russian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Energy sector, specifically focusing on the Oil & Gas industry. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about energy solutions and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. As a representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries, providing relevant information and support in Russian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to oil and gas services, operations, and products via phone, email, and live chat in Russian.
• Provide detailed information on service offerings, pricing, and operational guidelines.
• Assist customers with account management, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
• Resolve any complaints or concerns efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams and other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company updates to provide clients with current information.

• Fluency in Russian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the Oil & Gas or energy sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
