Russian Speaking Customer Service for Food & Beverage industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an engaging opportunity for Russian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Food & Beverage industry. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for food, excellent communication skills, and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries related to food products and services, all while communicating effectively in Russian.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding food and beverage products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in Russian.
• Provide detailed information on menu items, promotions, and dietary options available.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and issue resolution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and delivery teams to resolve any service-related concerns.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide accurate and helpful information.

• Fluency in Russian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the food and beverage sector.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to solve problems and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
