Job Description - Russian Speaking Customer Service for Healthcare industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opportunity for Russian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the healthcare industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and support to patients and healthcare providers. As a representative, you will communicate with clients in Russian, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring they receive the necessary information and resources.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to healthcare services, appointments, and insurance through phone, email, and chat in Russian.
  • Provide information about healthcare programs, treatment options, and patient support services.
  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments and navigating the healthcare system.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on healthcare policies, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
  • Fluency in Russian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the healthcare sector, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and situations with discretion.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
