In this role, you will assist customers with their IT-related inquiries, ensuring they receive the guidance and help they need in Russian.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding IT products and services via phone, email, and chat in Russian.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for software, hardware, and network issues.
• Educate customers on product features and best practices for usage.
• Document customer interactions and solutions provided in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with the latest IT trends and product updates to offer accurate information.

• Fluency in Russian (both written and verbal) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service within the IT industry is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge and willingness to assist customers with IT solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in using customer support software and CRM tools.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
