Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about logistics services, shipment tracking, and supply chain logistics via phone, email, and chat in Russian.
• Provide detailed information on shipping options, pricing, and timelines to help customers make informed decisions.
• Assist in problem-solving related to shipments and logistical challenges.
• Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with logistics industry developments and company offerings.

• Fluency in Russian (both oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Familiarity with logistics software and CRM systems is beneficial.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
