Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and services via phone, email, and chat in Russian.
• Provide accurate information about product availability, pricing, and usage instructions.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients with account management and order processing.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with pharmacy teams to ensure timely resolution of inquiries and enhance service delivery.
• Stay current on industry regulations and product updates to provide informed support.

• Fluency in Russian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle sensitive inquiries professionally.
