Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about renewable energy solutions, products, and services via phone, email, and chat in Russian.
• Educate customers on the benefits and features of renewable energy options, including solar, wind, and other sustainable resources.
• Assist clients with account management and troubleshooting service-related issues.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide accurate and insightful information to customers.

• Fluency in Russian (both oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the renewable energy sector or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
