Job Description - Russian Speaking Customer Service for Retail industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce a vacancy for Russian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the retail industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about helping customers and possess strong communication skills. As a representative, you will assist customers in finding products, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience, all while communicating effectively in Russian.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to retail products, promotions, and services via phone, email, and chat in Russian.
  • Provide information about product availability, pricing, and store policies.
  • Help customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on new products and industry trends to better assist customers.
  • Fluency in Russian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the retail sector, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
