Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to social media accounts, features, policies, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and live chat in Russian.
• Assist users in navigating the platform and resolving issues they may encounter.
• Provide guidance on best practices for using social media features effectively.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the product and technical teams to relay user feedback and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Russian (both oral and written) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the social media or tech industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and assist users effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers achieve their goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries concurrently.
