Integrity RV Parts Company is an e-commerce distributor for recreational vehicle (RV) parts. We sell original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts to businesses and end-users. We’ve built a million-dollar company in under 3 years and we’re aggressively working toward becoming a 10-million-dollar company in another 5. We gain an advantage over our competitors by being faster, more reliable, and more intelligent. Overall, we are an excited and aggressively competitive group of people looking to continue growing our business. We need a highly motivated and energetic customer service professional who wants to work 40-45 hours per week in an office setting to help us do this.

Integrity RV Parts Company – Customer Service Representative

Integrity RV Parts Company is seeking a customer-focused team player to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent service. Additionally, you should be willing to take on other assignments as needed to support department goals and contribute to overall team success.



Qualifications:

  • Work experience in the RV industry preferred
  • A passion for engaging with and helping customers via phone and email
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
  • Parts department experience very helpful, but not required
  • Basic mechanical comprehension is a must
  • At least one year of Customer Service experience required
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks to completion
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer skills, intermediate level, including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Work independently while enjoying the benefits of being a member of a team

Pay Range is $18-$20 based on experience in the RV industry

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
