RV Sales Lot Porter

You’ll play an important role in the customer experience by ensuring our RVs and facilities are always clean, organized, and ready to impress. You’ll work both indoors and outdoors, performing detailing, light maintenance, and lot organization duties using a forklift or other equipment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Clean and detail the interior and exterior of RVs

• Wash, wax, vacuum, shampoo, and deodorize units

• Deep clean appliances, windows, furniture, and flooring

• Apply cleaning and protection products to maintain finishes

• Maintain dealership cleanliness including showrooms, bathrooms, offices, and breakrooms

• Sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, and restock as needed

• Move and organize RVs and trailers using a forklift or tow vehicle

• Stage RVs for display, customer walkthroughs, and deliveries

• Keep the lot and inventory areas neat, safe, and customer-ready

• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns

• Support sales and service departments with additional facility or lot duties as assigned

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Previous experience in detailing, custodial, or lot porter work preferred

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive attitude, dependability, and pride in your work

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
