What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming service experience
• Help customers understand vehicle maintenance and repair needs
• Translate issues into clear service requests for technicians
• Keep customers informed throughout their vehicle’s visit
• Coordinate transportation/shuttle needs as necessary
• Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction and build repeat business

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• A people-first mindset with a focus on communication and problem solving  
• A knack for multitasking in a busy, deadline-driven environment  
• Basic computer and billing/math skills  
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record  
• High school diploma or equivalent required  
• Prior service advisor or customer service experience is a plus—but not required
