RV/Manufactured Home Community Maintenance Technician

RV / Manufactured Home Community is seeking a

Reliable Part -Time Maintenance Person for general park upkeep.

Duties include:

• ·         General repairs and maintenance


• ·         Groundskeeping (mowing, trimming, clean-up)


• ·         Light plumbing and electrical work


• ·         Preparing RV spaces for new tenants


• ·         Keeping common areas clean and safe

Requirements:

• ·         Basic maintenance experience preferred


• ·         Must be dependable and self-motivated


• ·         Ability to work outdoors and lift 50 lbs


• ·         Reliable transportation


• ·         Good communication & follow up skills  

Compensation: Based on experience. Possible free RV space
