Job Description - SaaS Sales Manager for a Beauty Tech Company

Job brief

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our clients team. Our client is at the forefront of digital transformation in the global beauty industry, offering cutting-edge AI-powered SaaS solutions.

In this role, you will take the lead in expanding our presence in the U.S. market.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Mandarin and English, with a proven success record in SaaS sales preferably within the beauty technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and grow the U.S. client base.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects by leveraging industry networks and connections.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and on-time delivery of results.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities in SaaS and B2B markets.
  • Handle high-level inquiries, establish strategic partnerships, and drive lead generation across various channels.
  • Keep sales materials up to date and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and accomplish overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Years of sales or business development experience in SaaS or CRM industry.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Currently residing in New York, USA, or willing to work in New York.
  • Bilingual candidates (English and Mandarin) are preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in beauty industry client development and a passion for BeautyTech are preferred.
