Safari Adventure Specialist

Overview:

As a Safari Adventure Specialist, you’ll guide clients to some of the world’s most exciting safari destinations, such as Kenya, South Africa, Tanzania, Botswana, and Zambia. You’ll work with travelers who seek thrilling wildlife experiences, from game drives in national parks to luxury tented camps and private reserves.

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Understand your client’s safari preferences, such as wildlife interests (Big Five, birdwatching, etc.), comfort level (luxury vs. rustic), and preferred destinations.
• Custom Safari Planning: Design bespoke itineraries that may include game drives, guided safaris, cultural experiences, and luxury accommodations in remote areas.
• Booking & Coordination: Handle bookings for safaris, flights, accommodations (lodges, camps), transfers, and special add-ons like guided walking tours or hot air balloon rides.
• Client Education: Advise clients on what to expect on a safari (e.g., health considerations, packing tips, and cultural norms).
• Post-Trip Follow-Up: Collect feedback after the safari and stay connected with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience: No experience needed—comprehensive training on safari destinations, safari accommodations, and specialized booking tools will be provided.
• Eligibility: Must be a citizen of the USA, United Kingdom, or Mexico.
• Technology: Must have internet access to manage bookings and communicate with clients.
