Job Description - SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) & Trainer

We are seeking a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) who is passionate about Lean-Agile transformation and can expertly train, mentor, and coach individuals and teams across various SAFe roles and competencies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scaling Agile practices within large enterprises and the ability to deliver comprehensive training in SAFe DevOps, Agile Product Management, Agile Architecture, SAFe Scrum Master, and Leading SAFe.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective SAFe training across various domains including:

SAFe DevOps – emphasizing security, quality, and continuous delivery.

Agile Teams – equipping Agile teams with the tools and mindset for high performance.

Agile Product Management – supporting Product Managers and Product Owners in value-driven product development.

Agile Architecture – guiding System and Solution Architects in alignment with business objectives.

SAFe Scrum Master – providing next-level facilitation and leadership techniques.

Leading SAFe – enabling organizational change through the SAFe framework.

Customize training to meet client-specific needs and maturity levels.

Support organizations in adopting and scaling SAFe practices effectively.

Conduct assessments and identify organizational bottlenecks or improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with leadership to create transformation roadmaps and action plans.

Mentor teams and individuals to strengthen their Agile practices.

Facilitate Value Stream Mapping, PI Planning, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.

Provide ongoing coaching to help establish Lean-Agile principles and a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

· Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).

· Proven expertise delivering training in:

SAFe DevOps practices and principles.

Agile Teams including roles, ceremonies, and continuous improvement.

Agile Product Management responsibilities and aligning with customer value.

Agile Architecture roles and alignment with Lean-Agile practices.

SAFe Scrum Master topics such as flow optimization and cross-team collaboration.

Leading SAFe for enterprise-level transformation.

Experience with Agile coaching, team facilitation, and mentoring.
