The JOB:

The Safety and Security Manager is responsible for the oversight of safety and security of the hotel, as well as guest satisfaction. The Safety and Security team conducts regular patrols of the property to ensure all areas are safe and secure, responds to guest and employee emergencies, completes incident reports and supervises the overall safety and security of the resort. The Safety and Security Manager leads the Safety Committee, ensures compliance with OSHA standards and promotes safe work practices. Safety and Security Manager is also a service-oriented professional with the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!

Requirements

Good written and oral communication skills.

1-3 years of security leadership experience.

1-3 years of hotel, front of house experience.

Schedule flexibility, including overnight.

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
