Safety & Workers Compensation Administrator

We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated Safety and Workers' Compensation Administrator to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• 1-2 years of safety related experience
• The following certifications are preferred, but not required: OSHA certification, CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities:

• Administer the documentation and reports when Workers' Compensation incidents occur.
• Complete the post-accident drug screen process in the local area and send necessary paperwork to the manager of Safety and Workers' Compensation.
• Update the Workers Compensation providers for all Ciocca Automotive locations.
• Coordinate accident investigations with the Safety and Workers' Compensation manager: including photos, completed accident reports, and coordinating treatment care.
• Update spreadsheets for vehicle accidents and workers compensation accidents.
• Performs safety audits in stores, reports any and all safety related issues to the Safety and Workers' Compensation Manager.
• Provide safety training and educational programs for employees.
• Schedules CPR/First Aid/AED trainings for the East and West Divisions.
