The Samsung EHS Engineer ensures compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and company standards. This role partners closely with site leadership, engineering teams, and corporate EHS to implement programs that drive regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and a strong safety culture.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Provide technical EHS expertise to account teams, ensuring compliance with applicable government regulations and company requirements.\n * Conduct routine site assessments, audits, and risk evaluations to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.\n * Lead incident investigations, root\u2011cause analyses, and follow-up action plans to prevent recurrence.\n * Develop, deliver, and oversee EHS training programs across assigned sites as needed.\n * Support implementation and continuous improvement of EHS management systems, standards, and metrics when needed.\n * Collaborate with site and regional leadership to drive safety initiatives and promote proactive hazard recognition.\n * Ensure accurate reporting of EHS metrics, regulatory documentation, and compliance records.\n * Assist with industrial hygiene assessments, emergency response planning, environmental monitoring, and permitting as needed.\n * Guide engineering and operational teams on equipment design, process safety, and ergonomic improvements.\n * Act as a liaison between corporate EHS and site teams to standardize expectations and share best practices across locations.\n * Supports customer\u2011related safety concerns and implements targeted programs to resolve issues.\n * Acts as a liaison with customers and external organizations on safety\u2011related matters.\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.\n * 3\u20137 years of EHS experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related field\n * Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.\n * Experience conducting investigations, audits, and risk assessments.\n * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\u2011solving skills.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree (Required)\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n7 - 10 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 10% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nNone\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$116,000.00 - $159,500.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
