Safety Lead /EMT EXP

Job Order: Safety Lead (EMT Experience)

Pay Rate: $24–$26/hr Shift: Open availability required

Schedule: 8-5 Monday -Friday as needed 

Position Overview

Seeking a Safety Lead with EMT experience to support plant safety operations. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and direct reporting to the Safety Coordinator.

Requirements

• Safety experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• EMT experience required
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Ability to lead safety initiatives and support incident response
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Support daily safety operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Assist with incident response and first‑aid needs
• Conduct safety checks, audits, and reporting
• Communicate safety updates and concerns to the Safety Coordinator
• Promote a safe working environment through proactive engagement
