Safety Manager

This individual will guide and facilitate workplace safety programs, guarantee adherence to regulations, and foster a culture of safety. This position manages safety initiatives, provides training and inspections, and works together with different departments to maintain safe operations throughout the organization.

Schedule is Mon-Sat 10 hr shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead safety meetings, audits, and inspections
-Develop and implement safety and compliance training
-Oversee environmental, health, and safety programs
-Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations
-Collaborate with department heads and manage safety staff
-Maintain safety documentation and support incident investigations

Qualifications:
-5+ years in Safety Management with supervisory experience
-Background in a food manufacturing environment a must (preferably dairy)
-OSHA 10, 30 and 500 certifications
-Engineering knowledge or experience
-Strong leadership and communication skills
