Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 Annually

Join a leading mechanical contractor specializing in plumbing, HVAC, and heating system installations for commercial and industrial construction projects throughout Colorado. This role provides safety leadership across both ground-up construction and occupied facility projects while partnering closely with project managers, superintendents, foremen, estimators, owners, and general contractors.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction safety professional looking to make a long-term impact within a growing organization while supporting multiple projects across the Front Range.
✔ OSHA 30 Certification
✔ 5+ years of construction safety experience supporting mechanical construction projects
✔ Experience overseeing plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical system installations
✔ Experience leading incident investigations and corrective action implementation
✔ Experience with:
✔ Management experience with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
⭐ Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field
⭐ Construction Health & Safety Officer (CHSO)
⭐ Direct OSHA inspection experience
⭐ Procore experience
⭐ Experience supporting commercial or industrial mechanical contractors
⭐ Experience managing multiple concurrent construction projects
⭐ CHST, ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential
