Location: Avondale, AZ
Duration: 2 Months (Start: 6/8)
Type: 1099 Contractor

Position Details

Hourly Rate: $56/hr (approx. $4,700/week gross)
Per Diem: No perdeim
Completion Bonus: $150/month
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 2:30 AM (60 hrs/week)

Project Scope

The Construction Safety Manager will oversee safety for an electrical safety contractor on a data center project

Qualifications (Required)

• 5 years of construction safety

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Conduct routine safety audits, site inspections, and risk assessments across multiple project sites

  
  


• 
  

  Lead incident investigations, document findings, and implement corrective actions

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver safety orientations and ongoing training for employees, subcontractors, and new hires

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with project management and field teams to identify and mitigate safety risks proactively

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate safety documentation, including incident reports, inspections, and compliance records

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and site-specific safety requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture across all levels of the project team
