Join an electrical contractor supporting the new construction of a large-scale data center in Ellendale, ND. This long-term role provides hands-on safety oversight for electrical construction activities throughout multiple phases of a mission-critical project.
The Construction Safety Manager will work closely with electricians, field supervision, and project leadership to support electrical installations, temporary power, equipment installation, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and evolving energization activities while maintaining compliance with OSHA and project-specific safety requirements.
✔ OSHA 30 Construction Certification
✔ 5+ years of construction safety experience
✔ Experience working with electrical contractors
✔ Electrical construction safety experience
⭐ Data center or mission-critical construction experience
⭐ NFPA 70E knowledge or experience
⭐ Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and hazardous-energy control experience
⭐ Experience supporting energization and electrical safe work planning
⭐ CHST, ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential

The ideal candidate is a highly visible, field-focused safety professional with strong electrical construction experience who can build credibility with electricians, field supervision, and project leadership.
Success in this role requires proactively identifying electrical and construction hazards, supporting safe work planning as the project progresses toward energization, and ensuring OSHA, LOTO, and project safety requirements are consistently implemented in the field.
