Regional/Multi-Site Safety Leadership
Join an established electrical contractor in a key regional safety leadership role responsible for supporting multiple operations, leading and developing Safety Managers, and driving consistent safety performance across electrical construction projects.
This position goes beyond traditional site-level safety management. The Regional Safety Manager will partner with operational and corporate leadership to strengthen electrical safety programs, develop safety professionals, ensure regulatory compliance, analyze performance trends, and drive consistent safety expectations across multiple projects and teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced safety leader looking to make a broader organizational impact while helping strengthen the safety culture of a growing electrical construction operation.
✔ 7-10 years of progressive safety leadership experience
✔ Prior experience managing, leading, or developing Safety Managers or other safety professionals
✔ Experience providing safety leadership across multiple projects, locations, or operational teams
✔ Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and occupational safety regulations
⭐ Electrical construction or electrical contractor safety experience
⭐ Experience supporting commercial, industrial, or large-scale electrical construction operations
⭐ Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health & Safety, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
⭐ CSP, ASP, CHST, or equivalent professional safety credential
⭐ OSHA 500 or OSHA 510
⭐ NFPA 70E knowledge and electrical safety program experience
⭐ Experience leading multi-site or regional safety programs

The successful candidate will help create consistency across projects, strengthen electrical safety programs, develop the safety team, and drive measurable improvements in safety performance and culture.
