Completion Bonus: $150/month

Pay Frequency: Weekly

⏰ Schedule: 40-48 Hours Per Week | Monday-Friday | Four 10-Hour Days & One 8-Hour Day

Required Qualifications

✔ OSHA 510 Certification

✔ 5+ years of construction safety experience

✔ Powerhouse or power generation facility experience required

✔ Fall Protection and Confined Space

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Power plant maintenance or outage experience

⭐ Industrial mechanical maintenance experience

⭐ Experience supporting contractors in active industrial facilities

⭐ CPR/First Aid Certification

⭐ CHST, ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily safety activities for maintenance operations within an active power generation facility


• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments


• Monitor contractor compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements


• Oversee confined space entry activities and permit compliance


• Support and enforce fall protection programs and elevated work procedures


• Monitor maintenance activities involving mechanical equipment and industrial systems


• Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation


• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), permits, and pre-task plans


• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records


• Partner with project supervision to proactively identify and mitigate hazards


• Promote a positive safety culture throughout the project
