Job Opportunity – Safety Manager with Allied Technical Services with Cincinnati, OH Do you have the ability to influence and motivate others to create and maintain a safe work environment? Are you looking to join a highly collaborative team? Do you have experience in the Construction or Commercial Diving fields? If this sounds like you, then we would love to speak to you about this exciting opportunity!

As the Safety Manager with Allied Technical Services, you will take a hands-on approach to developing, leading, and continuously improving our safety programs and training to ensure a World-Class safety culture in our organization. You will take ownership and lead the organization's efforts on compliance, reduce risk, and identify and implement improvements related to safety.

The successful candidate will be an influential leader who can train and implement policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Other requirements include:

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

CSP, ASP, CHST or OHST or similar designation preferred

5 plus years of dive or marine safety experience and working knowledge of dive industry requirements for equipment
Knowledge or background in the construction industry preferred
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, claims handling, accident investigation, and insurance programs and policies
In-depth understanding of ADCI, USCG, NFPA, DOT, EPA, and other applicable regulations preferred
Experienced with training safety related programs and leading of positive change

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, and other basic office applications.
Ability to travel to project sites
Ability to respond to afterhours emergencies

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and to proactively identify issues, offer and implement solutions
