Safety Patrol Monitors - OSHA Certification A Plus! - Hiring Fast

Large Regional recycling & sanitation company hiring for mutilple Safety Coordinators. Great opportunity and hiring immediately!

Role: Safety Patrol Monitor - No Security License Needed.
Shift: Saturday and Sunday daytime hours (12 hour shift)
Compensation: $18.00/hour
Location: Bronx

The right candidate will have the following :

• Must have warehouse experience. Demonstrated excellent communications to consistently communicate with safety managers and staff employees
• Understand safety and noncompliance issues.
• Must have the ability to articulate safety concerns verbally as well as in writing
• Safety certification would be a plus not a must
• Strong work ethic
• Desire to be a company employee and look out for the best interest of such company.

Responsibilities included, but not limited to:

• Consistent walking and standing on feet entire shift.
• Monitoring recycling technicians, plant workers, or other recycling operations employees.
• Monitor Direct material handling or moving activities. Inspect physical condition of recycling or hazardous waste facility for compliance with safety, quality, and service standards.
• Taking Pictures, Constant communication with cell phones reporting safety violations, and concerns, written compliance reporting.
• Light physical work if needed.
