ProStock Automotive Warehouse is currently seeking qualified and enthusiastic professionals for immediate sales openings. The position of Customer Account Manager is available in a high-energy, commercial work environment with ample opportunities for growth and advancement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts within a defined geographic territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Ensure customers’ auto parts needs are met and address any inquiries

Requirements

Qualifications for Customer Account Manager:

• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
• Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of the automotive industry, including familiarity with specific aftermarket competitors.
• Sales and Customer Service Expertise: Proven experience in sales and delivering excellent customer service.
• Sales Closing Skills: Ability to close sales and handle common objections effectively.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing your workload.
• Problem-Solving: Superb problem-solving skills to address customer issues and provide solutions.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong data entry accuracy.
• Team Collaboration: Willingness to work cooperatively across all departments to ensure the best customer experience.
• Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet the company's insurance requirements.
