• Leads - All leads are managed with the sales process. Demonstrate a relentless obsession with providing an awesome experience while guiding customer Leads

  • Ensure drafting, quoting and active projects proceed smoothly.

• Ensure the Sales Team is following and adhering to their core process’s.

• Product knowledge - Stay current with product trends to provide the right building materials.


• Design Knowledge – Provide input and direction on plan, styles and product selections to help find the right solution for each customer.
