Job Description - Sales Account Executive


*This is A Monday - Friday, full-time, IN-OFFICE POSITION in our Ft. Lauderdale, FL office.

Are you a natural at solving problems? A great listener? Most of all, are you motivated by helping small businesses succeed? If so, you would be an awesome fit as a Sales Account Executive at Xendoo!

Our customers are small business owners who are passionate about their businesses and want to move bookkeeping, accounting, and tax off their plate.  In this role, you will be connecting with small business owners providing bookkeeping and accounting solutions that bring them peace of mind. Your engagement with small business owners will include building and cultivating relationships; problem solving, securing leads and closing the sale if the Xendoo product is a fit for them.

A glimpse of what you’ll be doing: 
Handle inbound consultations, conduct sales discovery and follow up with leads received through multiple channels.
Support Xendoo onboarding team by preparing adequate documentation of customer business needs and providing information prior to customer onboarding calls. 
Assist operations and bookkeeping teams with customer experience, including but not limited to: escalated support requests and platform support.

  • Investigative listener, growth mindset, lifelong learner and high EQ
  • Have a passion for helping small business owners succeed
  • An exceptional communicator – in written word, phone calls and Google meets 
  • General Bookkeeping and Accounting knowledge
  • A natural problem solver
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload 
  • Strong ability to take initiative
Brownie Points awarded for: 
  • Experience with small business 
  • Google Suite proficiency- Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Meet
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot 
  • QuickBooks and Xero knowledge is a plus

Physical Requirements: 
Think fast while problem solving 
Work with minimal supervision
Multi-tasking
Dexterity and endurance to work on computer for long periods of time
