About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Sales Account Executive to own the full B2B sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing deals and driving revenue growth.
This is a full-cycle sales role, not just closing or order-taking.
You will:
Generate pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts
Run discovery calls and sales presentations
Manage negotiations and close deals
Build long-term client relationships

Full-Cycle Sales Execution
Own the full sales cycle:
Prospecting
Outreach
Discovery calls
Product demos / presentations
Negotiation

Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
Drive consistent monthly and quarterly revenue growth
Manage deals across all stages of the sales funnel
Relationship Management
Build relationships with:
Business owners
Executives
Decision-makers
Understand client needs, pain points, and business goals
Position tailored B2B solutions
Maintain strong client relationships post-sale
Pipeline & Sales Strategy
Track pipeline performance, conversion rates, and deal progression
Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasting
Improve close rates through data-driven decisions
Develop strategies to increase win rates and deal velocity
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with:
Customer Success
Operations
Leadership
Ensure smooth onboarding after deal closure
Share customer insights to improve sales and product strategy
Requirements (Must-Have)
Experience
3+ years in:
B2B sales
Account Executive roles
Business Development
Proven track record of:
Hitting or exceeding quotas
Closing deals consistently
Driving revenue growth
Experience managing the full sales cycle (end-to-end sales)
Core Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to run discovery calls and close deals
CRM experience:
Salesforce
HubSpot
or similar tools
Strong pipeline and time management
Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment
Nice to Have
Experience in:
B2B service-based companies
SaaS or professional services
Experience mentoring junior SDRs or sales reps
Strong forecasting and reporting skills
