ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and maintain relationships with property managers and apartment communities

· Provide accurate measurements and timely bids using company tools

· Deliver exceptional customer service through consistent communication and follow-through

· Represent our brand at industry events and networking opportunities

· Manage contracts, orders, and account collections with precision

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills

· Measure Square a plus

· Organized and detail-oriented with a drive to succeed

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

· Reliable transportation

· 1-year minimum outside sales experience
