Looking for an enthusiastic sales person (account manager) to complement our dynamic team in Chicago. The right attributes include intelligence, creativity, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for matching companies with qualified resources.
The emphasis for this sales role will be to identify new prospects (companies and individuals) looking for exceptional technology resources. In this role you will make initial contact and mutually determine next steps in the client’s resource procurement process.
Common sense, great people skills, fun loving personality, attention to detail and exceptional quality are required. Knowledge of the IT consulting industry is desired. This person will also help the marketing and sales team in the following areas: research, administration, lead generation, qualifying prospects, phone interactions, recruitment, qualifying skills, etc. There is a wide array of facets within the organization that could benefit from a smart, intelligent, energetic individual.
Willing to provide education to those who possess the proper acumen required for this role. Financial performance incentives will be part of the overall compensation package.
