Job Summary
Initiates, develops, and maintains relationships with new & existing clients. Provides them with Monument products and services that ensure client satisfaction while growing the client base.
General Accountabilities
· Identifies new business opportunities, initiates communication.
· Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients.
· Contacts and visits clients to help them better understand company products and services.
· Conducts reviews of accounts on a regular basis to evaluate clients' needs to match with appropriate products and/or services.
· Handles all queries about company products and services.
· Manages and grows existing accounts.
· Plans for and attends events to establish new business.
· Ensures that clients understand products and services and provides assistance as necessary.
· Develops plans and implements strategies for all assigned accounts.
· Manages overall customer satisfaction.
· Manages day-to-day client communications and relationships.

Job Qualifications
Education: Associate degree
OR
Experience: 2 years of related experience
