Job Description - Sales Account Specialist

Due to rising demand across the Dallas, TX markets, Lattitude is expanding our Sales Account Specialist team. We work directly with homeowners to deliver cutting-edge home automation, smart technology, and integrated security solutions that improve safety, convenience, and peace of mind. Our growth has been driven by strong customer satisfaction and consistent enrollment results, and were looking for motivated individuals to help us continue that momentum.

We are currently seeking a Sales Account Specialist who enjoys working with customers, building trust, thrives in an energetic environment, and looks forward to guiding homeowners through intelligent home technology decisions. As a Sales Account Specialist, you'll be engaging directly with customers in a consultative, relationship-driven environment.

If you're energized by meaningful conversations, problem-solving, and helping customers make confident decisions about the tech that protects and powers their homes, this role could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

  • Complete hands-on training to develop a strong understanding of smart home ecosystems, security tech, and automation solutions.
  • Engage directly with customers in a professional, approachable manner, using consultative sales techniques to provide tailored technology solutions.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial conversation through system enrollment.
  • Ensure clarity, transparency, and confidence at every step.
  • Educate customers on smart device features, remote access capabilities, and security service details.
  • Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism while representing the company.
  • Work closely with team members to improve performance, share best practices, and contribute to a positive, goal-oriented culture.
  • Address customer questions or concerns with care, using problem-solving skills to deliver a smooth and positive experience.

What We’re Looking For In A Sales Account Specialist:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Experience in sales, account management, client relations, customer service, home security, or consumer electronics is a plus, but not required. We provide training.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers.

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.

  • Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to stay composed and professional.

  • Team-focused attitude with a desire to grow and contribute to shared success within the Sales Account Specialist team.

  • Commitment to honesty, integrity, and customer-first values.

  • Reliable transportation for local travel within the territory is a must.
